4. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

We offer monthly auto-renewing subscription plans. Current prices and benefits are shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fee to your payment method until you cancel. To cancel, email your account email address, order ID, and cancellation request to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewals.

5. Refund Policy

Because our Service is a digital service and subscription with access enabled immediately after payment, subscription fees and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply where refunds are required by law, for duplicate charges caused by billing errors, or where we approve a refund in special circumstances. If refunded orders include used bonus benefits or Service access, the final refund amount may be adjusted based on actual use, subject to our review.

For a refund request due to special circumstances, email [email protected] with your account email address, order ID, and reason. We will acknowledge requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider and issuing bank.
