Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to prompts and all images, videos, audio, music, and other content created or edited through Oimi AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content.
- Violent, graphic, or disturbing content without a legitimate creative, educational, or news context.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or incitement of violence against protected groups.
- Any child-safety content, including CSAM or sexualized content involving minors; this is zero tolerance.
- Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, likeness fabrication, or misleading identity portrayals of real people.
- Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of third-party copyright, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
3. Content Moderation
We use layered safety measures, including applicable safety safeguards supplied by underlying model providers, automated monitoring for abnormal use, and human review of flagged or reported content. We may refuse, limit, remove, or retain necessary records to enforce this Policy, protect users, and meet legal obligations.
4. Reporting and Review
To report suspected violations, impersonation, infringement, or child-safety concerns, email [email protected]. Include relevant links or order IDs, a brief description, and any available evidence. We handle reports confidentially and aim to acknowledge them within 2 business days; serious child-safety or illegal-content risks are prioritized.
5. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and recurrence, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning and require modification or removal.
- Restrict features, model access, generation credits, or concurrent tasks.
- Suspend or permanently terminate an account and unfinished Service access.
- Report suspected unlawful conduct, CSAM, serious fraud, or harmful activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
6. Appeals and Contact
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, contact [email protected] within 14 days with an appeal. Explain the basis and include supporting material; we will review it.
